My complaint:
I called and placed an order fir a med pizza with just bacon I added I pack or crushed peppers one garlic sauce and parmesan the young man could not get my order right as if he was high. So my mom told me call back and double check and the young man didn’t even know I already had an order even tho I said I did he ask me again fir my credit card number and I told him the gentleman already had the number I gave him so why did he need it twice ask to speak to a manager and he gonna tell me he don’t have time for this and he didn’t even wanna give me his name or the young man that placed my order gonna tell me I was wrong and hang up on me .the manager name is Scott he said. I was not rude or anything I have never had so much bad customer service in my life please handle this situation thank you.
Suggested solution:
I don't know, but im very hurt and disappointed might just call cooperate and keep pushing this issue
