My complaint:

I came into the store today 18:59:33 091420 as a happy customer only came in for 2 things well as I approach the counter to check out the employee cashier was helping a homeless man with making a sign so I assume he wasn’t working or off the clock so I asked him was he on the register he began to get agitated began to say things to me if like I was making a joke he said come on stop playing me like I’m stupid I said must are ! He then said leave I don’t have to ring you up I said no I did nothing wrong and when it got another employee and proceeded to check out as I check out the employee continue to say verbal things I asked the employee that was checking me out is that what family Dollar tolerate he said NO! The employee continued to verbally abuse I said why are u talking to me? He said I can say what the f… I want to I asked the employee that was ringing me out what was his name he told me Ben as I begin to leave the cashier that was checking me out asked me to never come back! I never once did anything wrong I showed up to the store as a happy customer I left unhappy sad and upset abused from one of your employees I need someone to fix this and fix it he was very rude

Suggested solution:

He need to be written up suspended from work something has to happen because customers shouldn't have to go through verbal abuse from your employees
