My complaint:
Ordered the veggie salad with veggie patty, the patty was hard as a rock couldn’t be cut with a knife. Really disgusting. How old are these patties, if the meat have to be substituted after a period of time so should the veggie patties. The price for the salad w the patty was not worth it if I had to take out all the pieces of the patty.
Suggested solution:
Please refund me the money or send me a coupon for another veggie saladw veggie patty. I hope the second location does not have the same degree of quality.
