My complaint:
I have been buying these recently and noticing they are becoming loosely packed the package is dysfunctional. The cigarettes are not properly prepared having rips, and not rolled therefore coming undone. They don’t stay lit for more than 10 seconds.
Suggested solution:
Replace the recent batch as it’s garbage and refund their customers
