Cash App complaint: Unprofessional

My complaint:

When it comes to transaction disputes, this company falls well under the unprofessional tab. I’ve generated over $1,000 loaded to my account during the time span of having an open account. Over 2yrs, I’ve only encountered one problem that could have been simply resolved. Instead, they’ve given me a complete runaround and no help in regards to my card being charged during fraudulent activity.

Suggested solution:

Refund the money of a small purchase I’ve proven I did not have anything to do with. Their email support team is ridiculous definitely need a different protocol when it comes to resolving customer complaints. Due to this issue, i did close my account encourage others to do the same. If your information somehow became stolen, you won’t get your money back. Join chime, in my opinion, they are very professional.
