RushCard complaint: unpofessional inaccurate information

My complaint:

I have setup a rushcard account I have not rec’d my card when I call to check the status each representive that spoke to tell me different information in non accurate. they are not answering my questions they keep hanging up pretending were disconnected.

Suggested solution:

I hve money on this card I want my money back!
