My complaint:
Upon rolling my 2nd cigarette from a pouch of 25g JPS Endless Blue, I found a clump of what appears to be dirt or dark dehydrated tobacco offcuts. It looks a bit like a lump of poo to be honest.
Suggested solution:
I wouldn't mind a replacement packet as it could be something harmful, or contaminating to the tobacco.
