My complaint:
3 times I have brought cartons of 20s and everytime one or two packs are missing a smoke or two. Now im a long time customer but smokes are so dam expensive now I expect all the cigarettes I paid for
Suggested solution:
Have a real person pack the smokes instead of a machine
