My complaint:
This is Abhijit Ghose – 9810035633. I had cancelled my Netflix subscription of Rs. 799 – in the month of June and instead opted for Rs. 199 – plan only. I was charged Rs. 199 – on 22nd July which I paid on 5th August. Now, on 22nd August I received an info for deduction of Rs. 649 -. I tried to contact Netflix on the Customer care numbers but none of the numbers are working and all switched off till now. There’s no email I’d to write also. Hence, I am contacting Netflix through this forum to kindly reverse the amount of Rs. 649 – as this is not to my knowledge and has my acceptance, hence it is unauthorised. Kindly get Rs. 649 – reversed on my SCB credit card ending with 8233. I am willing to pay Rs. 199 – but not Rs. 649 – which I have not authorised. I signed up yesterday with Netflix again. After looking at what there was to offer,I canceled same day. I originally ordered the $8.99,but was charged $10.07. I called customer service. She said she would credit my account. I wanted to know why. She couldn’t give me an answer .i asked to speak to a supervisor twice. Never got one.
