My complaint:
Card information was used I believe card was duplicated and someone was able to check into Crowne Plaza charging my credit card I contacted the hotel twice and was told I would be refunded and a week later I am still waiting for my funds to be put back into my account. My next step is to contact my attorney for this has been such a hassle

I am requesting for my credit card to be refunded ly for I have been waiting for a week now
