My complaint:
It took almost 4-months to get my windchime. It’s a twisted mess. An here I spent 20.- for the windchime an then another 10.- for shipping. For what an entire twisted nightmere
Suggested solution:
Don't ask me
I am a very mad customer,an will never order from them again.
Resolve it and send me another one an wait another 3-4 months.
Not happening!!!
I cannot take a pick here. But my word should be good enough
I demand a full refund!!!
