My complaint:
was eating at urban ministry and the soup kitchen director said she would ban anyone for two weeks if they poured there drink in a water bottle and asked for another drink and if u threw your cup away and got another cup
Suggested solution:
no need to threaten to ban homeless people who are thirsty and have no money or no way else to get something to drink
