My complaint:
On August 20th 2020 at 10:15 a.m. at my local walmart i proceeded to pay with my cashapp card. Card reader said approved at self checkout but WalMart machine said card removed to early transaction declined on 2 occasions with a third attempt finally processing. I was charged $251 all together on my card that was never refunded. Have contacted WalMart and their system shows 2 paymentd declined and 1 accepted so the issue is on CashApp.
Suggested solution:
Refund my $251 i was charged for over payment made to retail store
