My complaint:
everytime i got a pigs x 3 or hammers x 3 i could not carry on had to reload coinmaster originally was 1st on leader board for the jokers trophy and the person who i was either to attack or raid is not even a friend of mine, now i know attacks are friends or random if chosen but people you raid are supposedly only people you are friends with yet everytime i got a raid i couldnt raid them while the competition was on explain that to me i have been a loyal playercustomer of coin master but will also be compalining to facebook about your app i feel i was chated out of getting top place due to, i kept getting i was not connected to internet , but i was as my husband was watching sky tv on demand which if theres a problem with internet connection it wouldnt work, i feel this was done delibrately so i i feel i could not win or raid this person who i am not even friends with, raids are friends only so explain that to me !!!!
Suggested solution:
i feel i have lost out on spins and coins each time i had to reload and i have lost out on taking first place prize in the joker trophy comp also not very happy and i will be reporting this to facebook
