My complaint:

I have been charged AND PAYED three 12.99 bills in a thirty day period. I am told Netflix does not SEEthe charges…so I’m a victim of theft. I am going to have to contact my bank and do a lot of work to get this resolved your customer service has no manners they yell at you and speak over you.
