My complaint:
I ordered your new Cheeseburger pizza. The description sounded so yummy to our family. When we received our order it was basically a lot of white cheese, beef and bacon (that I added in addition? Otherwise it would have been beef and cheese. There was no ketchupmustard sauce, tomatoes, onions or cheddar cheese. I called to voice my opinion about the pizza and the manager claimed he made my pizza and they were out of onions but he made the rest complete. Not true. He argued me down that he made it right with no onions. This pizza was very disappointing! We love dominos and order all the time! The manager gave us a credit on our next order supposedly, but was not happy with my complaint. I added a photo of the pizza we received. The fact that he didn’t believe me didn’t make us happy!
Suggested solution:
Make pizzas the way they are supposed to be made. Make the customer happy!
