Hisense complaint: Television problems still under warranty

My complaint:

Have serious problems with my Hisense TV. Had trouble a week after I got. I’ve been fighting with them for over a month. All they are doing is dragging their feet. Sent pictures after pictures showing the problems. Each day f pi r the last week someone calls and says I hear your having problems with your tv. Nothing being done. This is the second Hisense tv and they did replace first with a replacement. Manager guarantee me it was new
I could tell when being unpacked it was new. Started a week after I received it started having problems. Hisense don’t care about their customers. I could go on and on all that I have been through. I would be typing till next week. All I want is a refund

Suggested solution:

I just want a refund. I can't take this anymore. My health homebound all I have is my tv. I would die without one .please I need help. DON'T BUY A HISENSE PRODUCT!!!!!!!!!!!!!
