My complaint:
I received a black lace top but it was x large. The sash ribbon that goes on to this top. Was put in the packaging not on the top. It was thrown in the package. It was not packed properly. I have ordered other clothes from wish and am thinking about cancelling. What can I do about this issue
Suggested solution:
Send me out a proper size with the sash on the top
