My complaint:
Hi my name is Corinne on average I smoke a pack every two days, so four packs a week at cost of about $200. Well I bought my regular JPS Blue cigarettes pack of 30 today and have felt quite angry and disappointed. As nearly everyone in packet when I take a drag taste like plastic or poison of some sort.
Suggested solution:
I would like to say as a regular customer of JPS Blue I feel that it’s in the best interest of the company to seriously think about giving me a credit, a new packet or carton please. For it needs to be resolved in one way or another. Thankyou Sincerely Corinne
I too have noticed a plastic like taste with JPS Gold tobacco. As it is roll your own tobacco, it is not every cigarette that i notice it, its more random. I am wondering if foreign matter is being caught up in the packaging process of this brand. I am considering changing brands if this becomes frequent as it tastes disgusting.
