My complaint:
The customer service at Amazon was so poor and rude. The supervisor Jose C was even more unprofessional..stating there was noone above him and no one to contact above him.nor take phone calls..Very ugly and rude. Poor customer service
Suggested solution:
Maybe a customer service class..and to talked to about how to talk to customers
