My complaint:
We’ve made the same exact order for many years. Always thin crust pizzas, with DOUBLE CHEESE DOUBLE SAUCE. At least half the time, there is not even extra cheese or sauce on the pizzas, and not being ones to complain, we just deal.with the sub-par food. This time however, there is barely any cheese or sauce(its usually dripping with awesomeness, and nice and soft), making it super hard, and basically tasteless. We called the store to address the issue, I was passed around to different employees, the final one being a manager, and saying the their GM was on the oven’s, and wouldn’t have sent something out if it wasn’t ok. The point is, we pay for extra toppings, we should receive the extra toppings, and as I said before, it makes a HUGE difference in the pizza. I was simply told sorry, and that was that.
Suggested solution:
We would like the correct food we ordered and spent 40 dollars for!
