My complaint:
Cannot get service in our residence after paying our obligations after they sent us a letter stating our obligations now they want more information which we have sent twice before have five different people in the occupancy review Department I have a dependent person on life support that has electric this is going on forever it is now been about 3 months we paid the money 10 days ago still nothing how long can this possibly go on
Suggested solution:
I want them to do the right thing with their obligations for our service being restored so that things will go on smoothly we did follow our obligations as a letter was instructing
