My complaint:
I saw an on-line internet video calledeasylifehelp and ordered it for 234 dollars! But when I checked my account; 639.00 dollars were taken off my card. I had placed a scam- on my card through the green-dot bank engine. They sent me another card with a different number. But once I activated it and took some money off of it weeks later; they told me that the case(money dispute)is now ruled(resolved)in the merchant’$ favor and I can’t get my $639.00 Dollars back that easylifehelp took.
Suggested solution:
That green-dot bank better monitor, protect and regulate transactions between their clients and on-line merchants. And to have them return my money.
