My complaint:
My apple care was used to hack a phone stolenby my ex husband he changed the numbers to his own as I could see on my apple care activity and apple refused to provide me with the evidence needed to have the theif stalker arrested.
Suggested solution:
I want my phone replaced. I want documentation that they obviously accidentally let it get hacked- the IP addresses and the documation that goes with the case numbers.
