My complaint:
We placed a delivery order at 7:15. At 7:20 they started the prep. It is now 9:10 and we have yet to receive the pizza and the tracker still says prep. Every time we call the store they pick up and hang up right away. The pizza was already paid for 🙁
Suggested solution:
I would appreciate a full refund and a voucher for a future meal. As I was waiting and trying to reach out to the restaurant, I read other reviews. It appears that this location has serious management problems.
