My complaint:
Hi please take some action in to above book maker they staff are not settling customers bets propley, always given less wot the bet has come to no proper supervision the faulty air conditioning system is broken when it’s turned up you can smell carbon dioxide not been properly serviced,
Mens toilets is leaking tap not a single waring in place over flow through the floor not cleand propley when you sitting putting your bets on you can smell unpleasant smell odour health and safety risk management are aware but no one has took any steps to ensure that all this does not happen again, no customers service by the staff very poor working conditions very risk and hazardous waste of rubbish not being cleared just left near the end of the fire exit no members of the staff bothered to clear up absolutely disgraceful kind regards
