My complaint:
someone using the cash app $jjseasons stole my debit card an used it to add funds to there cash app. that’s basically fraud an cash app let someone link my debit card to there account. which the debit card is already linked to my cash app. which they shouldn’t let any debit card be linked to more then one account without verification, so cash basically will let someone use stole debit cards to add funds with no type of verification of showing the card is there’s an not stolen
Suggested solution:
they should automatically refund the money right back to my account knowing its a unauthorized charge with my debit card
