My complaint:
Bought a camera from an eBay seller to take on vacation and during that vacation the camera went belly up. When contacted company wouldn’t exchange camera because purchase was more than 30 days previous. eBay allows no means of contact to explain issue.
Suggested solution:
Exchange item for one that works.
