My complaint:
I attended online AOD drug alcohol counseling program online back in 2015-2016 and did not ever recieve any of my certifications in the mail. Also, the system was down part of the time while attending. On top of that they never did half the things they promised..they didn’t help me find a job, they didn’t even help place me for my internship. Also, they knowingly continue these certifications knowing they are no longer adequate schooling for AOD counseling..but claim before you sign with them the importance of getting it…this program is a scam.
