I slip in your store no one came to help me just came to put the wet floor sign after I had already slip had to go to cashier’s to get the manager and she was out side talking took 5 five minutes to get there and just gave me 1 800 number never ask was I alright didn,t ask my name for no information had to get a ride to hospital on my on I,m am very up set behind my treatment yesterday my Name is Robert Rankins I live at 4620 Illinois Ave 228 313 1614 I hurt.
