My complaint:

I sent a $200 payment to the wrong recipient. I have contacted Cash App and they keep telling me to reach out to the recipient. There is no contact information on the app in order to contact the recipient.

Suggested solution:

They should contact the recipient and let them know that a payment was sent in error and then forward the funds to the correct recipient.
