My complaint:
Hi, My wife and I have just returned from the celebrity Eclipse cruise out of Southampton 4th – 18th june.
We booked 2nd sitting in dinning room 20.45hrs which we had.
The problem was that apart from Formal nights the show time for 20.45hr dinners was 19.00hrs leaving 45 minutes to kill between show and dinning, which is not what anyone expected, and certainly wasnt the case last year on Eclipse.
This then left you with little to do after dinner, unless you wanted to endure the second hand smoke in the Sky Lounge where smoking is allowed at far side but everyone was still subjected to the fumes. SO that was a no go area.
I also assume that all those taking up the inside pool area without once going into the pool,(fully clothed, asleep or reading) were from the inside cabins.
Far different from the cruise with Eclipse last May, My question:- What can you do to entice us back to cruise again next year,or are you not bothered about loyal customers?
