My complaint:
We booked flights to London this weekend, FR 296 and FR 1082 and on the website, Ryanair purposes an Hotel The Grapevine Hotel in London, well graduated and low priced.
The thing is that this hotel is just horrible!
I made some pictures that I can transfer you that shows the bathroom which is not bigger than a closet, very dirty, not even finished, with hole in the wall, the water doesn t escape of the sink so there are strong smells…plus, switch broken, light above the bed missing, dust on the heating …
Suggested solution:
I think it would be fair to get a refund.
This is not what I excpected of Ryanair, I trusted that company.
Ryanair should know where they send people.
