My complaint:
I placed an online order and paid for it with debit card got a call a few minutes later saying they decided to longer deliver in my area I proceeded saying my order is already paid for and I dont have a ride to pick it up and asked for my money to be refunded Olivia manager and katelynn supervisor said it would be 72hrs I informed them that I shouldn’t been able to place an order if they didn’t deliver anymore she said it hadn’t upgraded in the system yet well that’s just like a manager forgetting to remove an item off the special menu is that the customers fault No meaning they have to sell it for what they advertise anyway this is the same difference I want my money back on my card and she had the nerve to hang up in my face Rude Unprofessional and no Concern are Consideration
Suggested solution:
I should gotten my food delivered are my money refunded right then and Consideration should of played a part as well as customers are always right and to stop listen satisfy and correct the problem
