My complaint:
We had lunch ordered in from Swiss Chalet in Waterloo. We spent close to $300.00. There was 1 meal that was wrong. I called the restaurant right away and asked if they could make this right and send this employee a gift certificate. The manager owner as she calls herself argued that she was the one that prepared the order and everything was correct. Then she proceeded to say that this is not her fault, that it was the call centers fault. I told her that i dont care who made the error and once again asked if she could send a gift certificate for the meal($15.00 worth) She was very rude and would not listen as i spoke with her. She hung up on me. Unbelievable that this person can run this restaurant. Clearly she can’t. Remember that the customer is always right!!
Suggested solution:
I simply asked for a small gift certificate to be sent for the employee that did not get the correct meal.
