My complaint:
Hello- It is 09022020 and there is a hispanic youngster here that has been here before and he is VERY rude- he will not come inside to let me know that he is here for my guest order and he will not call. Today the only reason that I knew he was here with my guests food is because I went outside. This man is standing outside texting when he has already given order to the guest- Does Dominos pay him to be outside on the phone texting? I dont want him coming here again to deliver my guest food- Please send someone else or I can just have my guests order from Franks
Suggested solution:
Try hiring people that actually want to work- Im sorry but Im mad at the way he acted. He stood outside the hotel for 15 minutes texting instead of returning to work- isnt that what Dominos pays him for? To work? I called and spoke to Tony and let him know what was going on.
