My complaint:
Manager has a nasty disposition with customers. She is always complaining about her personal business when people are waiting to be checked out. She keeps customers waiting in line while she is either on the phone or on the computer.
Suggested solution:
Manager needs to get personal relations training or she needs to be fired!!!
