My complaint:
Ordered a Thai Garden Chicken Wonton on your website and received a SALAD! After speaking with the Manager? She told me that the menu online is three years old and how tired she was of people calling about wrong orders! (All the while having the worst attitude). I have been trying to get through for over an hour on the phone with Panera Bread Customer Service and still no help!
Suggested solution:
Please remove anything that is no longer offered, REMOVE FROM YOUR SITE. SECONDLY, the manager needs to be reprimanded for her HORRIBLE Customer Service, she should not be in that position. LASTLY, I want a refund! The salad is not what I ordered. And to be clear, it was the night manager from Monday evening.
