My complaint:

My infant son has been sick all day and I haven’t had a chance to eat at all I finally got him to bed and thought maybe I should order some dominoes because it’s easy and I won’t have to cook, I placed my order at 739 I continued to watch my tracker and realized at 820 it still said Carmen was prepping my order. so thinking it may be a problem with my tracker I called and politely asked the status of my food to which the woman on the phone (Carmen) stated “I couldn’t tell ya. I’m busy.” And hung up. In a super rude manner. I’m not okay at all with the way that she spoke to me and even less impressed that it’s been almost 45 minutes from placing my order and my food is still being prepped. I won’t be ordering from dominos windham ME location after that phone call tonight. I wish I had just made dinner here.

Suggested solution:

I’d like to have a refund and it would be beneficial for the woman Carmen who spoke to me like that and did nothing to help me out to be spoken to.. I’ve worked in customer service for years.. that’s not how you talk to customers.
