My complaint:
I came into the store and politely asked the store associate if they had any basketscarts I needed to do some house hold shopping and probably would have gotten over a hundred dollars of items that I wouldn’t have been able to carry out the door the CSR ignored me completely then I asked again without any look my way she quietly said ‘‘mmmhmm’ didn’t even look at me or anything didn’t even have a mask on . So I asked her was that a yes or no and she yelled at me I said NO like if mmmhmm should have been an answer. The store is always messy aside from not having shopping carts available. If working in customer service why you do have you be so rude and angry and mad all the time like obviously your not fit for the job !
Suggested solution:
No the manager was right there and didn’t speak up to approach the problem .
