My complaint:
I handed in my prescription at charging cross station boots then they could not give me the drugs because the need to ordered. This was at Thursday 30 of June.i received call to come and collected I meet Mr hasan Mohaboba he said his college call the doctor and she had stop the drug because I am taking another medication can’t use the cream while I am taking this medicine and Also mention the cost of the drug she was concerned the cost of the medication the doctor gb ask them to give me the medicine but Mr Hasan said he needs to speak to my GB first.my complain today raises questions it’s really his job or his college to call my GB and talk about how to stop medicine was given from hospital and why should be concerned about the cost .
