My complaint:
Since October 2018 I have been dealing with pipes leaking, water damage, office wont fix it, health safety concerns, mold, in the bathroom the pipes leaked so bad cause black spots sn it started coming down they came January 18th an cut a hole to remove the black spots and where it was falling down an left the whole there I’m afraid soon I will be able to see upstairs into there apartment that’s how bad it is. in my kitchen and pantrylaundry areas there is water damage. And mold on wall in that area. I have talked to them sent them letters and pictures. I also still have copies of all this stuff in my phone.
Suggested solution:
Want to break my lease with out it going on my credit!! Also if possible my $500 deposit back
