My complaint:
On 9-14-20 I came into Family Dollar and purchased 5 qts. of transmission fluid at 8:34 am for work I was performing on my truck.After I finished the work I had 2 qts of transmission fluid I did’nt use so I brought it back to the same at approximately 12pm that same day at Family Dollar and asked for a refund with receipt and unused fluid in hand.I asked the African American female register associate that I originally purchased it from that I would like to have a refund on the 2 qts of
fluid and she told me we don’t do refunds on chemicals and I then said its unused and not a chemical its transmission fluid and she said well we don’t do refunds on transmission fluid.I then said ok and walked out of the store.
Suggested solution:
I would like a full refund and wouldnt wont any other paying customer subjective to this type of frustration and unwarranted behavior.
