My complaint:
Ms. Rawls, sold me a horse she did not legally own at the time she sold it.Legal owner was, John Hollowell, of Walla Wlla, WA. He has maintained Ms. Rawls was not his agent. The horse was emaciated(no body fat) she had a fungal infection on a leg( called Scratches), infested with worms, and her feet were in deplorable condition. I purchased the horse April 5, 2018. Ms Rawls did not acquire the papers until August 2018. She has continued to refuse to send us registration paper. She told B.B.B. of OR she has tried to communicate with me (not true) to negotiate selling us the papers. I paid $4000.00 for a REGISTERED, pure bred Arabian mare. I Already paid for these registration papers many times over. The horse needed vet care as soon as I took possession of her. She had to be quarantined for many weeks because of her condition.
Suggested solution:
Send registration papers.
