My complaint:
I went to macd in west lynn kings lynn lastnight .drivethrough i ordered and payed for food i was the only car there .they told me to go park up i had 2 grandchildren with me and said il stay ere its late im not in anyones way .and every time i go there day.night i have to park up .so i said il stay ere and wait .she then repeated herself park up i repeated myself no il stay ere .i never abused her razed my voice ect .a man came to the window gave me my money and told me he was refusing to serve me food .i did nothing wrong and i am.very angry because i was treating my grandkids this is unacceptable. And my grandkids was veey upset .
Suggested solution:
I want an apology and i do believe my grandkids should be compensated for being refused food this is unacceptable.
