My complaint:

I was involved in a rollover accident on Aug. 23. I sustained a fractured to my right lower pelvis and 2 bruised lungs. I was cleared by doctors for light duty to return to work the following Monday. My store GM was willing to work with me but just quit behind the BS being dished by corporate. My DM denied me the right to work claiming they do not have to accommodate disabled or injured employees. Some lady Director called me this morning and said the same thing. I was not given the chance nor opportunity to try to work with my injuries and I lost 2 weeks of work due to this. My store GM just quit because of this BS treatment by corporate. Threats and writeups are constant, accusations of theft are made with no proof, and bully tactics are used for forced compliance. Is this all even Legal?

Suggested solution:

I missed 2.5 weeks of work due to this. I want someone to tell me how I'm gonna pay my bills and not lose my housing. I want someone from a legal firm to contact me and give me legal advice on this subject since I am having issues filing paperwork through my VA case worker and the Veterans Law Center. I feel so disrespected by this company and so dissapointed in today's leadership.
