My complaint:
Five yeas ago I sign up for News Paper Deliver when I leave in Jersey City. Delivery did not happen so I was send a refund of $25.37, check 0000053167. The case 1000044799 which I deposit in my account and my bank informed me it was returned unpaid
Suggested solution:
To be giving my refund back.
