My complaint:
I bought some items which were delivered but unfortunately I was not home and than Hermes retuned parcel to Cocosa. Received an email that it was received and refund will be sent with in 5 days.? It is two weeks no and the websites changed so it is very difficult to communicate to them. Please help me they owe me 48 pounds.
