My complaint:
hello i placed a order of a exercise bike from wish May 12th 2020 i received the delivery the following day only the exercise bike came needing parts the handle bars requires 4 screws they sent 1 the exercise bike requires a cap nit they sent none the exercise bike requires a connecting rod they sent none i sent pictures of the areas needing the parts i requested and submitted proof to customer support since May 13th 2020 they have told me send them more information order number picture to resolve the problem they told me some on would respond with in 2 to 3 days they sent emails saying and asking only for more information the same agent one after another then i requested a refund from the order history page only for them to email me saying asking for more information the exercise bike is $171.00 they need to refund
