My complaint:
A few days ago you featured a news story about a woman who had been exposed as having passed as black for many years. The reporter said that she wasn’t black but was a Jewish white woman. Were she, for example, a Catholic, would he have said She is a Catholic White woman?’
How did her religion have anything to do with her passing for Black? I see this as a deliberate attempt to cast aspersion on Jews. I would appreciate hearing from the reporter on this matter. You know who he is.
Suggested solution:
I would appreciate hearing from someone on the NBC news staff on this matter. No need to make a public issue on what may have been an unconscious slip-up.
